Paid-pilot refund and cancellation policy
Please read this before paying. The founder will confirm that you accept this policy and the terms before recording payment.
- The paid pilot costs $300 per month and renews monthly unless canceled.
- A first-time pilot customer may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after the first payment.
- The 14-day refund is available once per customer or commonly controlled business.
- After the first 14 calendar days, payments are generally nonrefundable, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by law.
- Customers may cancel at any time before the next renewal to prevent another monthly charge.
- Cancellation does not automatically refund the current month after the initial 14-day period.
- Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, with processing time depending on the payment provider.
- TradeVera does not guarantee any particular number of opportunities, leads, bids, estimates, jobs, contracts, awards, customers, or revenue.
- A customer’s decision not to pursue an accurately classified opportunity does not by itself make the service defective.
- Refund and cancellation requests must use the published support contact, or the founder who onboarded you if no public contact is listed yet.
