How TradeVera handles customer work requests

Information collected
When you submit a project request, TradeVera collects the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, project type, property type, city, ZIP code, preferred timing, and project description.
How information is used
TradeVera uses this information to review your request, determine whether it may fit available contractors, contact you about the request, prevent abuse, and operate and improve the request service.
When information may be shared
After founder review, TradeVera may share relevant request and contact information with suitable independent contractors so they can evaluate the opportunity. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, estimates, acceptance, licensing, insurance, workmanship, or project results.
Your choices
Do not submit sensitive personal information, financial account details, government identification numbers, medical information, access codes, or detailed criminal-history information. You may ask TradeVera to correct or delete a request by returning to the request form, selecting “Other contractor work,” and clearly identifying the request and your privacy request.
Contractor hiring interest
The public /find-workers page is only for contractors who want dependable workers. TradeVera stores the contact and hiring details you type on that form for founder follow-up. Do not submit criminal-history information, convictions, Social Security numbers, worker identities, or justice-impacted status. Submitting that form does not create an account and does not start worker matching.
Retention and security
TradeVera keeps request information only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, address disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
